Lot 08 - Heating and plumbing installation Lot 08 Heating and plumbing installation Lot 08 includes all heating and plumbing work in the new extension building. The services are in accordance with the implementation planning, DIN standards and applicable technical rules and implement the specifications of the TGA planning. The work will be carried out in several staggered construction phases. Sanitary installation service description: • Construction of the drinking water installation, only one on each floor Cold water piping and decentralized electric hot water heating is provided in the kitchen and bathroom area. The pipeline network is approx. 260 m long; • Laying of wastewater pipes, installation is carried out using a pre-wall construction method; • Connection and assembly of sanitary objects (38 washbasins, 22 toilets, 2 sinks); • Pressure testing, drinking water sampling and commissioning of sanitary facilities; Description of the heating installation: • Bivalent heat generation system air/water heat pump, Peak load occurs via the existing gas boiler system; • Laying heating pipes (flow and return) in riser zones and floors.
