Measures for rehearsal and analytics are carried out regularly on properties of the Gesa and the Federal Institute for Real Estate tasks (BIMA), in particular in the context of: - Contaminated sites examinations according to BBodSchG and downstream regulations, - floor and groundwater renovation measures, -Renovations and conversions of buildings, - dismantling measures, - large -scale construction freedoms as well as - basic building investigations and improvements. The subject of this framework agreement is the certified rehearsal and accredited environmental analysis according to legal regulations, technicalGuidelines and validated house methods of the following matrices: - Floor and floor air - building fabric, building rubble, construction waste, building ground, mineral replacement building materials (MEB) - mineral and non -mineral waste - interior/room samples - ground and surface water -Deponiegas, landfill water - mold/spores and, as required, terminating speed analysis for declaration and asbestos analysis. Other performance components are: - Sample logistics: Provision of suitable sample containers including stabilization agents and sample containers Sample transport logistics, Sample collection, tracking the sampling and analytics via online query ("Trace and Tracking").
