SBH | School Construction Hamburg, as the state company of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as SBH), has the task of planning, building, maintaining the school properties according to economic principles, taking school interests into account to manage and rent the more than 400 schools to the Authority for Schools and Vocational Training (BSB). --------------- At the Genslerstrasse school, the building built between 1911 and 1913 is being renovated in one construction phase. It is a building with 6 full floors (basement to 4th floor) with classrooms, specialist classes, dining rooms, a sports hall and two main staircases, a 2nd basement (crawl space, up to approx. 1.80 m high).
