Nursing wing J is being gutted and renovated, this is where the new intensive care and general care will be located. Component G will be demolished and a replacement building will be located there with a central emergency room, radiology and surgery department. Further sub-measures are: facade renovation; Drinking water renovation, upgrading of TGA centers, partial implementation of basic fire protection concept and construction of a new house handover point. Due to existing pollutant levels, many of the rooms are only being renovated as far as possible gutted and dismantled. The subject of this tender is the construction of heat supply systems in accordance with DIN 18380.
