General renovation of Greven indoor swimming pool | Concrete renovation The client is planning the general renovation of the indoor swimming pool in Greven. The aim of the project is to implement the necessary renovation measures to maintain the substance of the indoor swimming pool at the same time energetic optimization. The work should not be carried out during ongoing operations. In this context, the client awards the trade VE 331.02 - Concrete renovation. The client plans to renovate the indoor swimming pool in Greven. That in 1975 The indoor swimming pool in Greven was built using reinforced concrete skeleton construction with in-situ concrete and extends over two floors, the basement and ground floor. The indoor swimming pool is visited by an average of 85, 000 bathers per year. They are on the ground floor four swimming pools, a fitness studio and changing rooms as well as laundry and social rooms. In the southern part of the indoor pool there is the swimmers/vario pool with a lifting floor and a 65 m long water slide as well as a diving pool with 1, 3 and 5 meter tower.
