Carpenter interior doors Construction phase 5, west wing; Length approx. 40 m, width approx. 11 m, height approx. 11 m, 3 floors; The west wing will be completely gutted, the existing staircase will be retained. The façade on the west side will be converted into a perforated façade in solid construction supplemented. New plastic windows with sun protection will be installed in the outer facade. A thermal insulation composite system is installed on the outside. A ventilation device is installed in each lounge, with supply and exhaust air being supplied via a window “ventilation wing”. New radiators will be added under the windows. The rooms will largely receive new screed and new floor coverings. The walls will be renovated as necessary. The existing suspended ceilings are replaced by ceiling systems with acoustic and fire protection requirements replaced. The existing flat roof structure will be demolished and the new roof structure (pitch roof) will then be erected.
