The project will include the following components for etServices Supplies : 1 COMPONENT 1 WATER: it is intended to achieve thiscomponent you through 2marchés works, one market supply and market one individual consultant and one market - research department consultant, toKNOW A / MarchésTravaux Tender (AO) 1 for carrying out the work of consulting engineering civil and water systems Ø Construction of a reservoir of 700m3 in Guinea Telecom and rehabilitation tanks Brigada Mecanisada (300 m3), Antula Bono (130 m3) and HQ (80 m3), Ø Expansion of secondary and tertiary networks with 6, 600 achieving social connections and 80 terminals fontainesdans the suburbs Bairo Bra, Bairro de Enterramento, Cuntum, Quelele, Penha, São Paulo, Plate 1 and 2 BairroMilitar, Bissaque Ø Replacement of asbestos cement in the city center and BairroBra. Tender (AO) 2 fors drilling and equipment: * Increase capacity pumping by performing three new holes in Alto Crim (250 m3 / h), Guinea - Telecom ( 250m3 / h) and Technica Escola (150 m3 / h).o Amenities 3 new drilling in Alto Crim (250 m3 / h), Guinea - Telecom (250 m3 / h) and Technica Escola ( Bra ) (150 m3 / h) and change pumps and Central Nova Granja Pessube (+ 70m3 / h each) Securing.odrilling by the establishment of 5groupes power to "3 de Agosto " and " Hospital S. Mendes " ( 2x350 kVA), Guinea - Telecom (350 kVA), Alto Crim (350 kVA) and Escola Tecnica ( Bra ) (200 kVA). B / Supplies Markets Supply 3, 000 meters C / Market Consultant Ø Unseul consulting firm will be hired to conduct the study (APS, APD, DAO ) of travauxd''''hydraulique (AO1 ) and eleclectricity ( component) and to provide a monitoring and supervision of these travauxØ Unconsultant individual will be hired to conduct the study (ODA, DAO ) and control of diamond drilling and equipment ( AO2 ). 2 ELECTRICAL COMPONENT 2 : it is planned to carry out this component through one works contract 1 defourniture market, plus the provision for sécurisation of the energy production. A / MarchésTravaux AO 1 to rehabilitate lignesélectriques ettransformateurs : Replacement delignes LV and MV defective, securing these lines by the creation of transformers ( 630KVA transformers 6, 4 transfos400kVA, 6 250kVA transformers ) and power drill from MT networks B / MarchésFournitures - Supply meter Prepayed - Provision for the supply of fuel for securing the production of electrical energy 3 COMPONENT 3 INSTITUTIONAL SUPPORT AND CAPACITY BUILDING SECTOR : The objective of this component is to strengthen the management capacity of EAGB by (i ) assistance to EAGB in auditsfinanciers, computer, communication and organization, (ii) the strengtheningthe capacities for the EAGB agents, and ( iii ) toutautre location requiring assistance. 4 COMPONENT 4? SUPPORT the implementation duprojet : - recruitment of a consultantindividuel to monitor the environmental and social management of the project and various supplies. Contracts financed by the World Bank will be procured in accordance with procéduresspécifiées in Directives : Procurement marchésfinancés by loans BIRDet the IDA Credits ( January 2011 edition), and are open to all candidates quiremplissent the conditions stipulated in the guidelines.
