ONTRAS Gastransport GmbH, as a supra-regional gas pipeline network operator, intends to award the general planning services for upgrading the gas pipeline (FGL) 102 in order to realize the transportability of hydrogen capacities. The project includes upgrades and renovations of a long-distance gas pipeline between Brumby and Werungen (FGL 102) in the federal state of Saxony-Anhalt. The affected line section is approximately 47 km long. The existing pipe section has a dimension of 750 mm with an MOP of 55 bar. The AG currently assumes that around 20 individual measures need to be renovated. The project will start immediately after the general planning services have been commissioned from autumn 2026 with the task being handed over to the general planner provided. The AG assumes that an individual approval procedure will be carried out. The aim is to begin the construction work at the beginning of 2028 at the latest once all relevant permits have been received, so that commissioning ends can take place in 2028. The general planning service primarily includes basic and special planning services (access is based on the service phase) in accordance with the HOAI in the following service profile: § 41 ff. Object planning of engineering structures in the service phases (LPH) 3 to 9.
