General planning services The service to be awarded is the general planning service for the expansion of a functional building at the Krümmel location. The general planning includes the performance profiles • Property planning according to § 34 HOAI • Civil engineering works acc. § 41 HOAI • Structural planning according to. § 51 HOAI • Technical equipment according to § 55 HOAI • Outdoor facilities according to. § 39 HOAI the basic services according to HOAI, as well as special services provided by the BGZ via the basic services according to HOAI be required beyond. • Fire protection planning in accordance with.
