General planning services for the barrier-free expansion of 8 bus stops in Bergisch Gladbach The client intends to ensure complete accessibility for a total of 20 bus stops in Bergisch Gladbach in accordance with the applicable legal and to meet technical requirements. The subject of this tender is the provision of general planning services for the barrier-free expansion of 8 bus stops. The planning services for the remaining stops will be carried out as part of a (in A separate tender will be announced shortly. Funding in accordance with the ÖPNV-Invest-RL of the special-purpose association go.Rheinland should be used for the measure. The contractor's tasks therefore include, in particular, Procurement of funding and the creation of proof of use. The contractor is commissioned in service stages. The client will initially commission the contractor to provide service level 1. This includes the basic services as well as special services from service phases 1 - 4. Service phase 3 must be completed by September 15th, 2026 and service phase 4 must be completed by December 15th, 2026. Levels 2 (LPH 5-7) and 3 (LPH 8) become optional commissioned and require receipt of the funding notice or permission for the measure to begin early.
