General planning services - 71540000-5 Construction administration services -ID26118Ge New construction of the Friedrich-Ludwig-Jahn-Sportpark Berlin-2 stadium. Construction phase (LPH proportionately 3-4, 5-9) The LP5-LP9 is planned to be carried out by a general contractor with planning shares to be awarded separately. The service in question here is the GU controlling as part of the new construction of the stadium in the Friedrich-Ludwig-Jahn-Sportpark (2nd construction phase), which is intended to ensure compliance with cost, deadline and quality targets across all Project phases from planning to warranty. It includes systematic testing, monitoring, documentation and advice based on the contractual and technical specifications (especially FLB and GU contract) in close coordination with Client and project management. The main services include familiarization with all project documents, checking and evaluating the implementation planning, and continuous quality and progress control in construction Target/actual comparisons and construction inspections, early identification and tracking of defects, checking invoices and supplements and ensuring complete project documentation.
