The district office Pankow of Berlin intends to be on the Rudi-Arndt-Str. 18 / Conrad-Blenke-Str. 52-57 in 10407 Berlin The new construction of a multi-storey sports hall with a multi-purpose/all-day area including external and sports facilities in solid construction(fully subquelled).
In the context of this tender, a suitable general planning office or a corresponding working group is sought, which processes the following performance pictures:
- buildings and interiors (§ 34ff. HOAI, in conjunction with Annex 10.1)
- free systems (§ 39ff. HOAI, in conjunctionWith Annex 11.1)
- Technical equipment (§ 54ff. HOAI, in conjunction with Annex 15.1) in the plant groups (AG) 1-8 HOAI
The production / establishment of the sports hall is carried out on the basis of a functional service description by a building contractor (GU).
With the conclusion of the contract. The performance phases 3-7 with the following options:
