Airfield Laupheim, Walpertshofer Strasse, Laupheim, new building 201, general planner services, is intended. There are supposed to be two service buildings and a warehouse buildingarise. Planning with BIM is required. A project sketch is part of the procedure. The general planner services include the following performance images for each of the three construction projects: property planning buildings, open systems, engineering buildings and transport systems as well as specialist planningStructural plans and technical equipment in the performance phases 2.3.5.6.7 and 8 of the HOAI.
As part of the offer phase, a project sketch for the two construction tasks in the 'Airfield Laupheim' for the new building (guard building) and for the new construction of the central warehousebe made. The new building in Ummendorf is not part of the project sketch.
With the construction of the guard, the new planning of the adjacent outdoor facilities is also required. In addition, the warehouse building in the cubature, urban planning position and facade design shouldbe represented.
