General planner DPMA ZBS renovation The subject of the award is summarized planning services (general planning services) for the general renovation of the German Patent and Trademark Office on Zweibrückenstrasse in Munich. The general planning services include: Object planning for buildings, specialist planning for technical equipment (system groups 1-8), specialist planning for structural planning, building physics (thermal insulation and energy balancing, building acoustics, room acoustics). The aim of the general renovation is to bring the building up to date to bring a stand. The BIM method is used in the measure.
