General contractor services for the new Oberschleißheim dormitory project (remaining services) Augustinum gGmbH is a diaconal provider of assistance for the disabled and, through its subsidiary Augustinum Wohnstätten, maintains 15 locations in the north of Munich Surrounding area. Augustinum gGmbH is currently building a new dormitory with 20 places for people going to support programs and 4 places with an integrated day structure on its property at Hirschplanallee 2, 85764 Munich. The project will be in Wooden construction realized. The planning services necessary for the realization of the project from the design planning and the construction services in the sense of a turnkey construction were carried out after a Europe-wide tender (publication in the EU Official Journal: 2023/S 053-155108) a general contractor was commissioned in 2023. He started executing the project. Due to the early termination of the contract during ongoing construction, the necessary execution services are now being carried out (Remaining services) procured for the realization of this project.
