General contractor with planning shares The subject of the tender is the planning and turnkey construction of a barrier-free athletics and football stadium in the Friedrich-Ludwig-Jahn-Sportpark in 10437 Berlin, Cantianstraße 24, as 2. Construction phase of the overall project “Renovation and modernization of the Friedrich-Ludwig-Jahn-Sportpark”. The award is made as a general contractor service including all necessary planning services as well as the complete execution of all construction and Equipment trades. The new building serves as a replacement for the dismantled existing stadium and includes a single-tier stadium with a total capacity of 20, 395 seats, consisting of spectator seats, media seats and seats for accompanying persons. The stadium is designed as a barrier-free and inclusion-oriented sports and event facility for football and athletics, for national and international sporting events as well as sports for the disabled and ISTAF. Part of the measure is a Stadium oval integrated main and functional building with several usage levels for sports operations, media, administration, hospitality and VIP areas as well as security-relevant facilities. The construction task includes the planning and implementation Stadium structure including stands, roofing, functional buildings, all technical building equipment and the complete sports facilities in the infield.
