The consultancy should facilitate a process Participatory of collective reflection, with the objective of promoting greater ambition and quality in the current NDC. The approach should be inclusive and human rights oriented to strengthen gender equality, women's empowerment, intergenerational equity, effective participation and access equitativo a recursos por grupos historicamente sub-representados.
