gd.KI development services The subject of this call for tenders is the conclusion of a framework agreement for comprehensive services in the area of AI software development for govdigital eG and its members. The aim is methodological and technical Support in the conception, development, integration and quality assurance of AI-supported software solutions as well as generative AI components in the interfederal context of public administration. The calls are made flexibly over a term of maximum 48 months. The service is provided as part of individual calls based on a modified EVB-IT framework agreement. The estimated, non-binding order volume over the four-year total term amounts to 56, 400 person-days. The framework agreement is capped when an upper limit of 150% of the awarded total contract value is reached. The services to be provided include requirements analysis, the development and integration of AI models and security regulatory requirements. The staff is provided in the roles of junior, senior and manager for the following profiles: -Business analyst: technical conception, requirements analysis for AI systems and process design -AI developer: Technical implementation, connection of external AI services/APIs, integration of generative AI (e.g. LLMs) and process automation. -AI architect: conception of AI system architectures, technology selection and infr...
