gd.Cloud support services for cloud and IT operations The subject of this tender is the conclusion of a framework agreement on comprehensive support services for the IT cloud operations of govdigital eG and its members. The aim is to... to sustainably support stable, secure and highly available operation of processes in different cloud and operating environments (including private cloud, hyperscaler) in the public sector. The operational and strategic services are provided via a Term of a maximum of 48 months, flexibly accessed individually. The service is provided on the basis of individual requests from a modified EVB-IT framework agreement. The estimated, non-binding total expenditure over the four-year period The contract term is 56, 100 person days. The contractual upper limit is capped at 150% of the awarded total contract value. The services include the development, introduction and continuous operation of cloud-based IT services and DevOps platforms.
