gd.Cloud support services for cloud and IT operations The subject of this tender is the conclusion of a framework agreement on comprehensive support services for the IT cloud operations of govdigital eG and its members. The aim is to... to sustainably support stable, secure and highly available operation of processes in different cloud and operating environments (including private cloud, hyperscaler) in the public sector. The operational and strategic services are provided via a Term of a maximum of 48 months, flexibly accessed individually. The service is provided on the basis of individual requests from a modified EVB-IT framework agreement.
