GAZ_PS Georg August Zinn School Kassel In 2019, the city council of the city of Kassel decided to cooperate with GWG Projektentwicklung GmbH and to found the city of Kassel Immobilien GmbH & Co. KG (SKI) to implement the municipal plan school renovation program. The SKI takes on the role of builder, supported by the GWG projects in project management and project control. For the Georg-August-Zinn-Schule (GAZ) in Kassel-Oberzwehren, due to changes in pedagogical Requirements, the planned integration of a primary level and the school building guidelines of the city of Kassel provide for the modernization and renovation of the north building.
