Gate service in the Saarland Ministry of Finance and Science The subject of the tender is in-house gate services in a specially designed gate in the client's office. This is equipped with appropriate IT, telephones and, if necessary, video surveillance systems. The gate service is the first point of contact for external parties and visitors to the ministry and is therefore an important organizational unit for an orderly and safe operation Process at the location. The tasks are designed for one person and include: 1. Reception of external parties and visitors and their administrative processing, 2. access control, 3. authorization check, 4. Emergency response, 5. Property protection including monitoring the video systems, 6. Key management for in-house keys and the fleet keys, 7. Telephone exchange, 8. Receipt of mail and packages, 9.
