Gastronomy Erwin Piscator House We are looking for a new tenant for the catering business in the Erwin-Piscator-Haus to take over the service concession from February 1, 2027. The gastronomy there is built on two fixed pillars. Firstly, that Gastronomic care for guests at events (event catering + catering before/after cultural events), secondly a restaurant in Par Terre as a face-to-face catering facility with around 40 seats inside and an outdoor terrace with approx. 60 seats. In addition, it is optionally permitted to carry out external catering, in the form of an out-of-home business, from the leased premises. Marburg is a young, dynamic, diverse and colorful city, located directly in the EPH, but is also a guest of the house partners. The catering industry should have the incentive to achieve the difficult balancing act between modern and classic as well as vegan and diverse offerings. We want a high-quality, modern and...
