1. “Casino” model - the attractive gastronomic offer for the Bundeswehr The “casino” model is a form of managed support in the Bundeswehr. It has an attractive gastronomic offering beyond the troop kitchen and EPa (single person pack) to the target. The casino is intended to provide customer-focused dining experiences while also providing a social gathering place in the barracks that allows for camaraderie and socializing. The special feature of the model “Casino” is that you can charge compensation for your service. Restaurateur wanted To manage the casino, the Bundeswehr is looking for a restaurateur with a high level of service recognizes and utilizes their entrepreneurial opportunities and also covers the needs of the location with a modern and attractive offering in a way that meets customer needs.
