Tender Details
Quotation are invited for Gas Analysis for Norm and Mercury.
Scope & Application: To Determine the Total Mercury in Natural Gas Bylumex Ra-915+ Mercury Analyzer. It is Based on Flameless Atomization Andmeasuring the Absorption of the 254-Nm Resonance Radiation by Mercuryatoms Using Zeeman Correction for Background Absorption in the Purginggas Stream. Equipment: Ra-915+ Mercury Analyzer is a Potable Multifunctional Atomicabsorption Spectrophotometer with Zeeman Background Correction, Which Eliminate the Effect of Interfering Impurities. It is does Notrequire Gold Amalgam Pre Concentration and Subsequent Regenerationsteps. This Enables to Real Time Monitoring and Detection of Mercuryvapor in Natural Gas. Procedure: Once the Instrument is Stabilized, Press on Stream Button Onthe Control Panel. Before Doing the on Stream Analysis Make Sureto Change the Bridge Position in the Second Position. Check the Rl Valueof the Display, if it is below or Equal to 20 % the Equipment is Readyfor the Analysis. Connect the Tubing and Check for Base Linecorrections. Connect the Three Way Tubing-S with Sample Point. Open Thesampling Valve with Controlled Pressure. Open the Three Way Valvethrough the Filter to Make Sure the Sample was Going inside through Thefilter for Zero Mercury Check. Flow for the Analysis is 1-10l/ Min, with1-1.5bar Pressure. Once the Zero Check is Completed, Close the Valvetowards the Filter and Allow Flow the Sample in to the System directly.note the Readings Minimum Two Times to Get a Repeatable Mean Value Fromthe Display of the Equipment. Calculation & Reporting.
Kpa
C - Mercury Concentration on Display, Ng/m3
T - Temperature during Measurement, Degree Centigrade
P - Pressure, Kpa
Q - Calculation Coefficient, 2.69
For “Indoor” Measurements, T=25 °C and P=1 Bar (101.325 Kpa)
For“outside” Measurements or Technological Control, T=0 °C and P=1
Bar(101.325 Kpa).
Minimum Detection Limit is 2ng/m3. Report Results as N/m3 of Sample
