Construction of a building automation island for the two barracks Grenzlandkaserne Oberviechtach and Oberpfalzkaserne Pfreimd with their respective external properties. The entire building automation (GA) is carried out in accordance with the standard of the manual Building automation (HB GA) 4.0 of the Bundeswehr renewed. Basically, when renewing the GA, all power and control parts are renewed. In addition, 16 new automation focal points will be created. Here only the control parts within the Control cabinets renewed up to the isolating terminal strip for the DDC components. After the construction work has been completed, the GA scope of the two properties includes approximately 11, 300 data points. Due to planned new construction measures, the number of data points will increase in the next few years increase by another 4, 200 data points.
