Tender to provide vulnerable customer support programme (2026-2028) SSEN would like to invite proposals from trusted parties who are experts in their field to create a programme which delivers lasting outcomes through joined-up services that benefit customers who are in fuel poverty. As SSEN approach the remaining 2 years of the ED2 price control our commitment remains that we deliver services, invest in networks and support customers and communities. Our ED2 business plan includes; - Promotion of Priority Services across both our licence areas - Provide support and advice to customers in Fuel Poverty to help them to lower the amount they are spending on energy using Energy Efficiency measures. - Support customers to access Low Carbon Technologies via grants and support them through this process by collaborating with local authorities, contractors and other agencies who carry out these works. - Providing 5, 000 Energy Efficiency Packs to customers in vulnerable circumstances, including fuel poverty Aim To create a programme which delivers lasting outcomes through joined up services that benefit customers who are in fuel poverty.
