As part of the “Perspective Future” pilot program, the German Foundation for Engagement and Volunteering (DSEE) is planning to build up quality-assured advisory capacities nationwide for the sustainable recruitment of young talent in civil society organizations. The program qualifies consultants who support associations and non-profit organizations in modernizing structures, becoming sustainable and attracting new committed people. They support organizations nationwide that work with committed people work directly on site to further develop their structures so that they are open to new committed people. They raise awareness of new forms of engagement, address blind spots and strengthen existing strengths. Instead of short-term impulses The program enables longer-term learning and change processes within organizations - with a particular focus on volunteering in rural areas where support is often difficult to access. The subject of the tender is the commissioning a service provider (DL) who is responsible for the technical-didactic conception, implementation and quality assurance of training content for future “Perspective Future” consultants as well as the operational coordination, organization and support of the Implementation of decentralized consulting services and thus contributes significantly to the effectiveness and scalability of the program.
