Award number: WAN-7-0187/01 Our project: As part of the project “Future nursing education - strengthening those involved, increasing attractiveness, shaping change” the aim is to develop qualification and Support offers for nursing staff as well as specialists and managers in psychiatric facilities are developed, tested and evaluated. The offerings are intended to support participants in developing their professional, communicative and... to professionally address the health challenges of psychiatric care. The focus is on the further development of professional and multi-professional skills, the promotion of a recovery-oriented understanding of care, the Strengthening health-friendly working conditions and sustainably securing and retaining qualified nursing staff. A particular focus is on the qualification of multipliers who incorporate acquired knowledge and methods into their work Transfer facilities and teams and support professional development processes there. Duration: September 1st, 2026 - August 31st, 2028 Type of award: The award procedure is a public tender in accordance with Sections 8, 9 UVgO, with the exception of Sections 22, 28 Paragraph 1 Sentence 3, 30, 38 Paragraphs 2-4, 44, 46 UVgO carried out. Type of service: The subject of the award is the needs-oriented conception and implementation (including preparation and follow-up) of qualification offers for employees in psychiatric nursing and nursing care utilities. Execution period: September 2026 to August 2028 This procurement procedure is content- and legally independent of tenders published in parallel by the same client.
