The aim of this research project is to investigate how the usability of BIM can be achieved on a broad scale in smaller construction projects with a focus on residential construction and a comprehensive practical introduction of digital tools in the construction industry. Construction volumes below 5 million euros can be identified and examined with regard to common project structures.
