Further development and management of management feedback in the BMV The management feedback, which has existed since 2021, has proven to be an important instrument in the Federal Ministry of Transport (BMV) for promoting leadership skills, organizational culture and Personnel development established. It should remain permanently anchored in the company as a strategic personnel development tool. With a view to modern leadership requirements, digital working methods, hybrid collaboration and strategic requirements, this should be the case Methodologically, the process will be further developed and continued to ensure that it remains future-proof, user-friendly and modern in terms of content. The aim of the project is systematic further development and professional continuation des Management feedback in the BMV, in particular - to increase the quality and significance of the existing procedure, - to facilitate implementation and increase the participation rate, - to supplement the instrument kit with a short feedback format, - professional evaluation and feedback from moderators/coaches ensure as well as - to enable an overall view of the management culture.
