The VBG intervenes in the selection process for candidates for supervisory training, in the appointment of senior managers and in the event of special requests from departments for personnel diagnostic advice and procedures back. In detail, the service for both lots includes: Implementation of selection procedures: - Preparation and organization - Implementation - Follow-up Consulting services for personnel diagnostics Optional: Implementation of training Personnel diagnostics topics: - Observer training - Relevance and meaning of personnel diagnostics Pre-contractual service: - One-day kick-off workshop for the client and the employee including preparation and follow-up. On average, the VBG plans a total of around 80 days per year for the selection process. This means that approximately 40 days per year should be available for the selection process per lot. In addition, there is the optional implementation of the content input as part of an online seminar once or twice a year per lot. The contents are included to be agreed with the client. Scheduling should be flexible, but still possible in a timely manner. Several people are available to carry it out, so that vacation and sick time on the part of the provider does not have any impact on VBG planning have.
