The selected vendor will oversee monitoring, managing consumables (e.g., toners), and ensuring security updates for the MFP devices. UNV ICTS shall not host anyservers for this solution; thus, a fully cloud-based print management system (e.g., Printix or similar) is required.The solution will be leased with all necessary licenses included and must support fax, print, scan, and copy functionalities. Other Bonn-based UN organizations may leverage this agreementunder the same conditions.The Long Term Agreement will have a 3-year duration.
