Fritz-Schumacher-Allee 200 - civil engineering SBH | School Construction Hamburg, as the state company of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as SBH), has the task of allocating the school properties according to economic principles, taking school interests into account plan, build, maintain and manage and rent the more than 400 schools to the Authority for Schools and Vocational Training (BSB). --------------- A new classroom building with 3, 220 m2 is being built on the property of the Heidberg Gymnasium school Area. The tendered construction project concerns the development of media for wastewater, drinking water, power supply and the empty pipe system for data connection. --------------- Civil engineering --------------- In the planned construction site, underground pipes for rainwater and to lay dirty water connections for the new classroom building. A drinking water pipe with a connection to the existing building must be laid in the construction site in preparation. The connection for the house alarm and data network takes place via an empty pipe route, starting from Main building. The empty pipe route including cable shafts is part of the tender.
