Tenders Are Invited Under the supervision of the administrative and financial manager (RAF) and the project coordinator, the accountant is responsible for the accounting management of the project. Specifically, he/she is responsible for: i) hold the general, analytical and budgetary accounting of the project (; ii) ensure the follow -up of the financial execution of the project budget and produce interim financial reports; iii) Ensure the closing work of the annual accounts and the development of the financial statements of the project; iv) Ensure the management of the financial resources of the project (control and preparation of payment orders; preparation of requests for the disbursement of funds funded by the AfDB and by the counterpart; monitoring and rapprochement of cash; preparation of forecast cash plans); v) contribute to the preparation of work plans and annual budget (PTBA) of the project; VI) ensure the follow -up of the execution of the overall budget and annual project budgets; and contribute to the analysis and explanation of variations; VII) Ensure the administrative management of project personnel; VIII) Ensure the management of the goods acquired on project funds; IX) Ensure any other task ...
