The services provided for this contract include technical support to the Directorate General of Mines and Geology (DGMG) in the provision of geological information concerning all the data on the sole and the basement in decision -making during mining investment. Specifically, it will be, among other things, to make the inventory and the diagnosis of the current management system; (ii) Make recommendations on development and repair work of the premises of the documentation center; (iii) to support the acquisition of the IT equipment necessary for the realization of the project and ensure their installation; (iv) Gather and digitize all documents and reports still in paper format, classify manually; (v) reorganize the system and registration/codification procedures, updates, archiving, consultation and provision; (VI) Write a manual of these procedures; (VII) rehabilitate and upgrade the geological and mining database of the SYSMIN "support for the mining sector"; (VIII) Design, develop and implement a new electrical document management system ...
