Tender Details

The services provided for this contract include support for strengthening (theory and practice) strategic and operational capacities of agents of the ministry of mines in terms of monitoring, inspection, reporting/monitoring of mining activities on the aspects of mining and fiscal, legal and regulatory, environmental and economic and social development. Specifically, it will be a question, among other things, of providing training in the following fields: (i) principles of mining tax and tax administration; (ii) legal framework and mining conventions; (III) Mining economy; (iv) environment and; (V) Economic and social development. The duration provided for capacity building is three (3) calendar months. The calendar and the distribution of activities will be left on the initiative of the service provider, after validation by the steering committee.
