Tender Details

The RGE government has requested and obtained from the African Development Bank a loan to finance the support project for the modernization of public finances, PAMFP. The PAMFP was approved on June 4, 2019 on a loan of 26.543.600 euros. The overall objective of the project is to contribute to improving public finance management through strengthening the effectiveness of revenue mobilization and more efficient public spending management. The specific objectives are as follows: (i) modernize the regulatory framework for the management of public finances in order to direct the State towards performance and results; (ii) computerized and interconnect the financial and other economic and financial administrations of the Ministry of Finance of the Economy and Planning in order to strengthen rigor, transparency, control and efficiency in resource management and ( iii) Strengthen public finance management capacities.
