Tender Details

The Government of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea requested and obtained a loan from the African Development Bank Group (BAD) for the financing of the project to support the development of fisheries and aquaculture ( Paspa). Part of the loan funds will be used to finance the contract for carrying out the audit of the financial statements and the procurement of the markets. The audit mission will be carried out over the remaining duration, two financial years of the project, and will cover all the activities of the project funded by the BAD loan, the counterpart and other resources. The exercises to be audited concern the exercises of 2023, and 2024/ 2025. The closing date of the project being June 30, 2025, the closing audit will cover the 18 -month period from January 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025, including Thus the facts after the fence occurred during the "period of grace" granted by the bank after the date of closing of the project.
