Tender Details

The community development expert's mission is to ensure high -level technical assistance at the DRC social fund in order to contribute to improving the governance of the agricultural and rural portfolio funded by the BAD in the DRC (PEJAB, PADCA projects - 6p, Proader, Purpa and PTA), more particularly on the aspects of support for the structuring of peasant organizations. The expert's mission also aims to support the FRSDC in the technical coordination of the integrated community development program (PUIDC) and the Agriculture Transformation Program (PTA-RDC), in particular on the aspects of community development . Expert's activities will require an ability to systematically go to the intervention area of projects and programs above, experience in community communication, and a proven aptitude to carry out consultations with the authorities and the technical services premises and nationals as well as with the authorities concerned.
