Interested consultants must produce information on their capacity and experience demonstrating that they are qualified for services (brochures and documentation of presentation of the consultant, references concerning the execution of similar studies by specifying the year, the cost and the master of work, duration, place, availability of qualified personnel, etc.). Consultants can put themselves in association to increase their chances of qualification. In addition, the references concerning the execution of similar services must be justified absolutely by certificates of proper execution of the five (05) years preceding the date of opening of interest demonstrations.
