The Government of the Republic of Chad has received funding from the African Development Bank Group (BAD) in collaboration with the European Union (EU) in order to cover the cost of the Trans -Saharan Optical Fiber (DTS) project (DTS) Chad component, and intends to use part of the sums granted for this donation to finance the contract of an individual consultant for the development of the digital code of Chad. Under this contract consists in developing the digital code of the Republic of Chad, aimed at creating a robust, coherent and practical legal framework for the digital transformation of the country.
