Tender Details

The services provided for this contract include: (i) the management of human resources and funds allocated to the project by the various donors; (ii) global project coordination, provide a strategic orientation and supervise the general, consistent and effective implementation of the project using a results focused on the results integrating creativity and innovation; (iii) the animation and coordination of the work of a team made up of technical and support staff, service providers and national and international consultants; (iv) the contribution of a necessary support for the steering committee (COPI) of the project and will provide the secretariat for their work; (v) the preparation, each year, of a work project and an annual budget (PTBA) of the consolidated project from the PTBA submitted by the regional project management units; (VI) Supervision and control of the work of the monitoring and evaluation cell; and (VII) the management of project resources in accordance with the provisions of the procedure manual and organize an annual project audit.
