Shell II Center Francais de Berlin: Shell II Creating structural wall and ceiling breakthroughs for new TGA installations with temporary and permanent support structures. Supporting ceiling breakthroughs within reinforced concrete and coffered ceilings using 4 steel frame angle constructions on the upper floors, 1 steel frame construction in the basement, individual steel supports, including reinforced concrete work to structurally reinforce the edge areas. Individual cassette fields/cells, approx. 100 Fill the piece with cast concrete in accordance with the static specifications using structural reinforcement. Masonry work in small areas to supplement partition walls after concrete renovation of the reinforced concrete supports, to close old wall openings, repairs broken wall surfaces. Interior plastering work on walls and ceilings, mostly in addition to the renovation of adjacent components in connection with the energy upgrade - approx. 85 sqm of gypsum plaster, approx. 20 sqm of lime cement plaster, additional closing of Slots etc. Restoration of dismantled Rabitz ceilings in partial areas along the facade, as edge strips, including plaster base up to 1.25 m wide - approx. 425 sqm. Also available in narrow plaster strips - approx. 500 m, including necessary partial demolition. Fire protection plaster F90 on the underside of the coffered ceiling, at the same time as flank insulation, inside along the outer walls - approx. 125 sqm.
