From this pumping station, the wastewater is transported via the existing DN 200 wastewater sewer to the existing sewage treatment plant directed. For additional safety in the event of incoming water inflow peaks, the existing DN 200 wastewater sewer will be replaced by larger gravity pipes with nominal widths of DN 400 and DN 1200. Lot 2 of the overall measure advertised here includes the re-laying of the planned gravity pipeline from pumping station 16 in Grasbruchweg to the Fuhrberg pumping station. The project is planned as an underground pipeline made of reinforced concrete (SB) and polypropylene (PP) using an open construction method. The route length is approx. 590 m including shafts and approx. 50 m of house connection lines.
