The extent of the performance of loose 1 are the essential basic services of the service phases 4 to 9 of the performance image free facilities in accordance with Section 39 and Appendix 11 of the HOAI. The performance is gradually commissioned in the following levels: - level 1: LPH 4-7 - Level 2: LPH 8 (optional) - level 3: LPH 9 (optional) As well as optional special and additional services: LPH 4 - approval planning (1) Participation in 2 sessions in political committees or as part of the public participation (2) Creation of landscape maintenance specialist contributions or nature and species protection contributions (3) Planning the technical equipment in accordance with the specifications from the design planning LPH 8 - construction supervision (1) Documentation of the construction process according to the special requirements of the client (2) Local construction supervision: - Plausibility check of the staggering - Monitoring the execution of the construction work - Participate in the introduction of the AN in the construction measure (construction meeting) - Consult the execution of the property to match the documents approved for execution, the construction contract and the requirements of the AG - or evaluate the authorization of supplements - or Contribute to check -ups - Consolidation of the defects determined during the acceptance of the services - Documentation of the construction process - participate in measuring with the executing companies and checking the enactment - participation in the event of official acceptance - Services and deliveries - invoice testing, comparison results Invoice tests with the order amount (3) Creating a free system inventory documentation
