Framework service contract for the implementation of aptitude diagnostic procedures at HAMBURG WASSER The HAMBURG WASSER purchasing group, consisting of Hamburger Wasserwerke GmbH and Hamburger Stadtentwärmung AöR (leading), intends to award a contract for the implementation of aptitude diagnostic procedures (potential interviews) for the selection of managers at HAMBURG WASSER by means of a Europe-wide open tendering process. The HAMBURG purchasing group WASSER, consisting of Hamburger Wasserwerke GmbH and Hamburger Stadtentwärmung AöR (leader), intends to enter into a contract for the implementation of suitability diagnostic procedures through a Europe-wide open tendering process (potential interviews) for the selection of managers at HAMBURG WASSER. The contract primarily covers the following services: - Carrying out potential interviews (approx. 35 per year) - Carrying out management appraisals (approx. 2 pieces per year) A framework agreement is to be concluded with a term of 2 years plus a one-off option drawing for a further 2 years. The contract should start on October 1st, 2026. The offer evaluation is based on 40% of the price components and 60% based on the qualitative aspects.
