Coaching Moderation/process support Stuttgarter Straßenbahnen AG advertises the qualification and inclusion of external providers in framework contracts for coaching, moderation and process support services. The tender is in two lots structured. Lot 1 includes coaching services in subject areas 1 to 3 - from coaching on individual issues to support in complex management and change situations. Lot 2 includes moderation as well as advisory and moderating support of organizational development and change processes in topic areas 4 and 5. After successful qualification, the contractors are included in a pool of providers. The awarding of specific individual orders takes place during the contract term depends on needs as part of mini-competitions within the respective lot. Lot 1 - Coaching (topic areas 1 to 3) includes coaching services for employees and managers at different levels of complexity. The topics range from personal assessment, resilience and functional changes to leadership and change issues through to supporting complex management, conflict and transformation situations at higher management levels. For Lot 1 this is the end of up to three framework contracts. The framework agreements are concluded with a basic term of three years.
