Framework agreement TWP Framework agreement for specialist planning, structural planning for existing renovations/conversions of existing buildings on the grounds of the University Hospital Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE) during the term of the framework agreements for up to 4 years (2 years Fixed term + 2 year extension option). The service phases of the individual orders partially include all HOAI service phases. In some cases, only individual or combined service phases will be commissioned.
