The ARD reports live from all the Bundestag, Landtag, Citizens' and European elections that are up to the contract period as part of the contract period directly from the respective state parliaments or other politically relevant locations. To a uniform optical appearance in the context of the respective reporting To realize, a set decoration usable in the ARD and a smaller, alternative set decoration for possible parallel election reports was designed and manufactured. These decorations are at the production locations, taking into account the local peculiarities, established identically by employees of the client State Radio Center. The aim of this procedure is to conclude a framework agreement for renting the required media technology as part of individual calls of the executing of the State Radio Center (LRA) within the agreed Contract period. The WDR stipulates the framework agreement on behalf of the following broadcasting institutions: - Bayerischer Rundfunk (BR) - ARD Capital Studio Berlin (RBB) - Hessischer Rundfunk (HR) - Mitteldeutscher Rundfunk (MDR) - North German Radio (NDR) - Radio Bremen (RB) - Radio Berlin -Brandenburg (RBB) - Saarland Rundfunk (SR) - Suedwestrundfunk (SWR) - Westdeutscher Rundfunk (WDR) Entitlement to this framework agreement are the aforementioned public service broadcasters. The aim is to use the most economical bidder a framework agreement with a term of four Years to conclude that the named relevant reference is entitled to cover their needs via individual calls.
